Products must be returned, to receive a refund.   Some products are discontinued because of FDA, and we have suggested replacements, if you failed to read the warning, you still need to return the replacement product for a full refund, you cannot just keep it and demand a refund.  For the more count products (more than 10 ) Do not open a second bottle,  refund is on only 1 opened bottle. On pills that only contain 10 per pack, you may take 2 pills prior to activity.  You will know by taking only 2 if they work.   If you take more than 2 we will not refund that opened pack.  We will refund any upopened bottles or boxes.     Refunds are good up to 90 days.
